LIEUTENANT NYOTA UHURA
Nyota Uhura is a Lieutenant on the USS Enterprise. At twenty-seven-years-old she is the Chief Communications Officer and works primarily on the Bridge. At Starfleet Academy her focus was in Xenolinguistics and she has been described by Commander Spock as “unmatched” in her field. She was promoted from Cadet to Lieutenant when Captain Pike told her to take over on the Bridge because the current Communications Officer was unable to distinguish Romulan from Vulcan. Nyota speaks many languages and has been assigned once again to the Entperprise for her five year exploration mission.
FRIENDS
Lieutenant Uhura is a generally friendly person. Though she can be pretty blunt, she has been able to make several friends and gets along with most people well. Though she is serious about her job, she finds time to have fun and loosen up a little.
ENEMIES
The Lieutenant has probably made her fair share of enemies. She is a competitive person and doesn't have much problem saying what is on her mind, even if it isn't very flattering. She can also be sarcastic and argumentative, which can cause some people to stay away from her.
ROMANCE
Nyota is currently dating Commander Spock, also serving aboard the Enterprise. However, she has probably had some boyfriends in the past. Though she didn't bring men back to her room like her roommate did in the Academy, she has been known to be a little flirty and probably had crushes and a few flings.
