Everyone who works on the USS Enterprise will be assigned a room. All rooms are the same, except for the Captain and First Officer, who have more space. Each Room includes a bed for each resident, a small living area, a food and drink storage area, a first edition replicator, and a bathroom. There are a few guidelines for rooms, so be sure to read through them before signing up.
• All ensigns must have a roommate. Anyone ranked higher is allowed to live alone, but can have a roommate if they want.
• Couples are allowed to live together, but it is not recommended unless they are engaged or married.
• Moving rooms is acceptable upon approval of the First Officer or Captain. Reasons for moving rooms include things such as engagement, roommate issues, or a recently unfilled room.
• Decks 4, 5, 6, and 17 are decks that have quarters. Deck 5 houses Senior Staff only (captain, chief engineer, chief medical officer, etc). Because of this, it is the smallest deck on the ship.
• Quarters are divided into sections based largely on rank and career, but the numbers continue from 001 and up. For example, Spock's quarters (Deck 5, Room 3F 123) is on the same wall and 2 doors down from Uhura's quarters (Deck 5, Room 3G 127).
• All quarter rooms will start with 3 (the indicator that it is a crew quarters and not an office or lab).
Sections:
• A – Engineering
• B – Operations
• C – Science
• D – Medical
• E – Security
• F- Command (only on Deck 5)
• G – Communications
• H – Navigation
