 Q. Do I have to know everything about Star Trek to join? A. Absolutely not. I don't know everything about Star Trek and I made the dang site. (; Though it will help to know something about the character you are playing if you're applying for a canon. Q. What year is it? A. The year is 2260, after the re-christening of the USS Enterprise. Q. Which series are we based off of? A. We are based on the reboot series (aka alternate reality). If you would like to play around in the primary reality, though, we do have a board where you can do that called "A Little Crazy." Q. Can I play someone from the movies that is not listed in the canon list? A. Of course, unless they died. So no playing Admiral Pike. But people like Gaila, who we don't really know what happened to, which ship she was assigned before so many were destroyed, go right ahead. In Gaila's case, you will have to decide if she ended up staying behind before the Romulan attack or if she had been on the Enterprise the entire time. Q. Can I be the captain of my own spaceship? A.Provided there are no current bans on captains, of course. Head over to the claims board and click the jobs claim. You can add any (realisticish) job there. If you do this, PM a staff member with the boards you would like in your ship, because a new category will be made for it. | |
